As sisters from Ireland being in Brazil for the first time we were greeted with excellent reception staff and porter. These staff all week were friendly, helpful went over and above with advice. The twin room was fine and had plenty of room. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Loved being up by the rooftop pool, great view for sunset. Good location for a beach or city break.

Well located a few blocks from the beach, the room was lovely. The pool area was nice and the pool was clean and warm. Great breakfast and the front staff were all nice.

Close to the Copacabana and staff was always helpful and available. The breakfast was great and well organised!

The breakfast, coffee, and pool. The air conditioning and water pressure is positive.

The location is amazing! The breakfast was decent, and the bellhops were very nice.

The hotel was well located, near the beach, restaurants and shops. The room was comfy with good wifi (I did a video call no problem), the air conditioning worked well and the shower was nice and hot.

Hotel was ok but the personel is amazing. I would like to say big thank you to Edith who is working in the reception. She helped me so much to solve my problem (not connected with the hotel). Her support was extraordinary!
